French Listening Comprehension: About.com French Language

About.com’s French Language site offers a bounty of language learning aids, from quizzes to grammar lessons to audio exercises. The site’s front-page blog (to which you can also subsribe) includes “Mot du jour”, French expression and “Today in Francophone History” entries.

Today the site’s prolific author, Laura K. Lawless (author of French For Dummies), posted a plethora of listening comprehension excercises on a diversity of topics, including L’ETA et le Pays basque, Accents de France, Riots in France 2005, Patois and Regional Characteristics and much more.

Each listening comprehension excercise includes a transcript, a translation, a vocab guide and a test.

  1. Everyone should improve their native language and people should take various courses for improving their language. From a French language guide learner can improve simply phrase but from wicked French they can improve French language impressively with proper expressions and they can speak french with confidence . Thus people can improve wonderful French language.
